All items can be personalised to suit your needs and requirements. If you would like to change the font colour or accent colours, please just get in touch and we will do whatever we can to accommodate.

Our invites, detail and RSVP cards are all printed on 300gsm white smooth card (unless otherwise stated in the listing description).

Our menus are also printed on 300gsm white smooth card.

For context, standard notebook or basic printer copy paper is around 90-100gsm. Our card is stiff but still bendable.

Yes, all invitations (save the dates, wedding day and evening invites) come with envelopes.

There are 8 envelope colours to choose from, White, Almond, Blush Pink, Pine Green, Moss Green, Blue, Navy and Black.

Please let us know what colour envelope you would like when placing your order.

If you require your order urgently we will speed the processing time up if you purchase the ‘Rush My Order’ listing

However, please contact us before purchasing to check we have capacity.

Please get in touch with us as soon as you can and we will try to amend your order.

However, once we have received approval from yourself on an order, we may not be able to accept any amendments if the order has already gone to print.

Our processing times (the time between you placing your order and us shipping your order) will vary, however, we aim to get all orders processed within two - three weeks of receiving the order.

Please note, the delivery of your order is not included in this timeframe.

If you select Free Shipping, orders are sent Second Class via Royal Mail and typically take 2-4 days to arrive.

We do offer express shipping which means orders will be sent fully tracked and will likely arrive the next day. International orders will arrive after 3-5 days. However, this will vary depending on the country and courier.

Please note, these delivery times are estimates and the actual delivery times will depend on the courier.

There are no set rules but you will want to give your guests as much notice as possible.

Save the dates: 9-12 months before your wedding day.

Wedding invitations: 3-6 months before your wedding day

However, if you haven't sent save the dates or are having a destination wedding it may be best to send them much earlier.

If you need to cancel your order please get in touch within 12 hours of placing your order.

Please note, if your order has been approved and printing has begun, we will not be able to cancel your order.
